Alan Leeds

Alan Leeds is the president of Y-Change, a software company enabling companies to convert strategy into action. For 20 years, Mr. Leeds was President of Leemak, a mid-sized management consulting firm. Alan’s experiences in consulting provided the foundation for the methodology upon which Y-Change is based; successful deployment of a company’s goals and objectives occurs when the strategy is aligned  throughout the company.

​His expertise in strategy deployment, Agile Strategy execution, and change management methodologies has helped companies deliver tangible bottom line results. He has led numerous Fortune 500 engagements in companies such as Amazon, Great River Energy, Cisco Systems and Texas Instruments to effect these changes, pioneering innovative processes and tools. Alan holds a Masters from SUNY and a BS from Syracuse University.

Prior speaking engagements have included the
Agile Alliance 2016 conference and the CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Professionals).  He will be presenting his Agile Strategy Execution Framework at the 2020 National Conference for the Association for Strategic Planning in May, based on his book: "Agile Strategy Execution: Revolutionizing the How".  An award winning magician, he incorporates magic into his presentations.

Gaye Clemson

Gaye I. Clemson is an award winning storyteller, communications and training innovator, culture change leader, metrics-performance designer and planning process facilitator who brings many years of strategy and key initiative portfolio execution managment expertise. She has held a wide variety of functional roles in marketing, sales, international business and post-sales customer support and additionally brings many years of consulting experience across a broad range of sectors including networking, computer hardware and enterprise software.

She is an acknowledged leader in innovative Strategy-Execution ‘best practices’ and speaks frequently at national and local industry conferences including the NCHRA Global HR Summit (Sept 2015), ASP National Conferences (2006, 2009 & 2015), the Bay Area’s Strategy Execution Conference (Oct 2014), UCSF Executive MBA Program (2008), United Kingdom HP NonStop Users Group (2012) and the Bay Area Human Resources Executive Council (2009) . She is a published author
of nine non-fiction oral history narratives including Tandem Computers Unplugged – A People’s History (2012)



Vidhyasagar

Vidhyasagar is helping to streamline the ASM development cycle with greater productivity and shorter development cycle times by using Agile and Scrum development principles and Practices. He spent the past two years managing development groups including outsourced cross functional teams.

​Vidhyasagar is responsible for application and project development, defining business requirements, designing technical solutions and developing those solutions.

​He actively plays project lead role and senior designer role in development of the web based Y-Change Enterprise Management Solution, ASP, ASP.NET technology, JavaScript and SQL/XML
