This maturity model was developed to highlight Strategy Execution Maturity in your organization after surveying world class organizations. It was designed to analyze and assess the gap between your organization’s CURRENT Strategy Implementation Maturity level and your DESIRED Strategy Implementation Maturity level. It hones in on the 4 critical areas of Agile Organizations: Creation, Aligned, Accountable & Responsive.
Maturity Levels
Baseline: Strategy is separate from organization’s processes, or no formal strategy execution processes utilized.
Task Oriented: Processes are inconsistent, or not well defined, or are in limited use.
Managed: Processes are well established, repeatable and utilized throughout the organization.
Integrated: Consistent collaboration processes used, org. wide, for Id. & mange dependencies & resource constraints.
Optimized: There is an ongoing agile refinement process used throughout the Strategy Execution cycle.
Maturity Categories
Creation: Method to gather, synthesize & manage vital information for developing org. & dept. plans & actions.
Aligned: Degree to which the organization shares, coordinates, and cascades strategic plans & actions.
Accountable: Degree to which metrics, process indicators, tactics & measures are used to drive to desired results.
Responsive: How well the strategy, metrics and tactics are deployed, managed & refined: real-time.
